Music is my passion and I have been lucky enough to be able to make it my career for the past 25 years. During this time I have been performing music on guitar, oud and percussion both internationally and locally as well as teaching guitar in my Melbourne bayside studio.
I completed a Masters in Music at Monash University in Melbourne in 1997 after gaining post-graduate and graduate degrees in guitar performance at the Victorian College of the Arts.
At the moment I am teaching in three schools and also have a private teaching practice. I perform solo and with five bands - a jazz ensemble with French-Moroccan singer Noria Letts, Middle-Eastern dance group Yalla, funky fusion band Jadida and with African
singer Ajak Kwai and Turkish classical group Nefes Ensemble as well as regular session work. I am now recording my 10th CD.
